首届诺锐全球卓越奖评审回顾：三位获奖者揭晓Review of the First Novaris Global Excellence Award: Three Recipients Announced
首届诺锐全球卓越奖于2018年12月举行年度颁奖典礼。本届评审工作于2018年10月正式启动申报，经过初评、复评、终评三轮严格评审，最终遴选出三位获奖者。
首届评审委员会由5位来自亚太地区多个行业领域的资深专家组成，收到来自4个国家和地区的有效申报材料。评审过程严格遵循公开、公正、独立的原则，实行利益回避制度。
三位获奖者分别在商业创新、行业影响力和跨界领导力三个类别中脱颖而出（首届设3个类别，自第三届起增设"新兴力量奖"）。颁奖典礼上，学会理事会向获奖者颁发了荣誉证书与奖杯，并邀请获奖者发表获奖感言。
首届诺锐全球卓越奖的成功举办，标志着学会在专业评价体系建设上迈出了重要一步，为后续各届评审奠定了制度基础与品牌声誉。

The first Novaris Global Excellence Award annual ceremony was held in December 2018. The review process officially opened for applications in October 2018 and, after three rigorous rounds of preliminary review, professional review and final review, three recipients were selected.
The first review committee consisted of five senior experts from multiple industries across the Asia-Pacific region and received valid application materials from four countries and regions. The review process strictly followed the principles of openness, fairness and independence, with a conflict-of-interest recusal mechanism in place.
The three recipients stood out in the categories of business innovation, industry impact and cross-disciplinary leadership respectively. The first edition had three categories, with the Emerging Leader Award added from the third edition onward. At the ceremony, the Society Council presented honorary certificates and trophies to the recipients and invited them to deliver acceptance remarks.
The successful launch of the first Novaris Global Excellence Award marked an important step in the Society's professional evaluation system and laid the institutional foundation and brand reputation for subsequent editions.
