2017年6月8日，诺锐商业发展学会（Norray Business Development Society，简称NBDS）在中国香港特别行政区正式完成注册，宣告这家致力于全球商业研究与企业发展服务的独立研究机构正式成立。

Mission-driven research institution officially launches
On June 8, 2017, Novaris Business Development Society (NBDS) was officially registered in the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of China, announcing the official establishment of this independent research institution dedicated to global business research and enterprise development services.
The establishment of the Society stems from the founding team's deep insight into the global business environment and their firm belief in promoting business progress. Against the background of the in-depth evolution of globalization and the acceleration of the digital revolution, enterprises, especially small and medium-sized enterprises, are facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges. The founding team believes that the market is in urgent need of an independent, professional, and international business research platform that can systematically track changes in the global business environment and provide enterprises with high-quality research insights and decision-making support.
Strategic considerations for choosing Hong Kong
The Society chose to locate its headquarters in Hong Kong based on the following strategic considerations:
- High degree of internationalization:As the world's leading international financial center and business hub, Hong Kong has a complete legal system, a free information environment and a convenient international transportation network.
- Connecting East and West:Hong Kong’s unique geographical location and cultural background make it an ideal bridge between mainland China and the global market.

Development plan in the early stages of establishment
At the beginning of its establishment, the Society established its mission of "connecting global business intelligence and assisting enterprises in sustainable development" and formulated a phased development plan. The first phase (2017-2019) focuses on team building, research capability accumulation and brand building; the second phase (2020-2022) focuses on building core research products and service systems; the third phase (from 2023 onwards) comprehensively expands international cooperation networks and digital service capabilities.
