Technological progress, deepening globalization and generational replacement are jointly promoting profound changes in the form of work. The traditional "fixed position, long-term employment, and office working" model is being supplemented or even replaced by more flexible and diverse ways of working. This trend puts forward new requirements for enterprises’ talent management concepts and practices.
