2026年4月18日，诺锐商业发展学会年度商业发展论坛以“商业韧性与可持续增长”为主题展开交流。论坛面向商业研究者、企业管理者、顾问网络成员、会员代表及合作机构负责人，围绕企业在复杂环境中的战略判断、组织能力建设和长期增长方式进行讨论。
从短期应对转向长期能力建设
全球市场波动、技术变革与政策环境变化，使企业经营面对更多相互关联的不确定因素。论坛讨论认为，商业韧性不只是危机发生后的恢复速度，也体现在日常经营中的风险识别、资源调配、供应链协同和组织学习能力。企业需要把韧性建设纳入战略、财务、供应链和人才管理等多个层面。
围绕可持续增长，与会交流重点关注增长质量、资源效率和长期价值。相关讨论强调，企业不宜把可持续发展理解为独立于经营目标之外的附加任务，而应结合自身业务阶段，将治理要求、市场需求与组织能力纳入统一的经营判断。
连接研究议题与实践经验

On 18 April 2026, the NBDS Annual Business Development Forum convened around the theme of business resilience and sustainable growth. The programme brought together business researchers, managers, members of the advisor network, member representatives, and leaders from partner organisations to discuss strategic judgement, organisational capability, and long-term growth in a complex operating environment.
From short-term response to long-term capability
Market volatility, technological change, and shifting policy conditions are creating increasingly connected sources of uncertainty. Forum discussions treated resilience as more than the speed of recovery after a disruption. It also includes the everyday ability to identify risk, allocate resources, coordinate supply chains, and learn as an organisation. Resilience therefore needs to be considered across strategy, finance, supply chains, and talent management.
Discussions on sustainable growth focused on the quality of growth, resource efficiency, and long-term value. Participants noted that sustainability should not be treated as an additional task separated from business objectives. It is more useful when governance requirements, market needs, and organisational capability are considered together and adapted to the stage of the business.
Connecting research questions with practical experience

The forum was not designed to force a single conclusion; it placed greater value on preserving meaningful differences across business settings and identifying questions that can be examined further.
