To improve readability and long-term maintenance, Novaris Business Development Society is continuing to refine the way research outputs are published and interpreted. Existing materials will be organised according to their purpose across Research White Papers, Output Translation Reports, News, and Society Activities.

Clear roles for different types of material

• Research White Papers: complete research documents with a consistent PDF download entry.
• Output Translation Reports: materials managed by report number, with an optional explanatory article for readers.
• News: publication background, principal themes, and information on public access.
• Thematic Activities: briefings, workshops, and exchanges that discuss methods and key questions in greater depth.

Keeping sources and claims clear

For research produced by NBDS, pages will explain the topic, scope, and access method. When external public material is indexed or summarised, the original issuing organisation, document number, and dates will be retained. External documents will not be presented as outputs issued by NBDS.

Chinese and English versions will be written from the same factual basis. English copy will be accurate, natural, and concise rather than mechanically translated, and it will not introduce institutional relationships, honours, or figures that are absent from the Chinese source.

A maintainable publication process

Future updates will aim to complete titles, summaries, full text, dates, and file checks together. Material that is still being prepared will have a clear status so that readers do not encounter empty links, incorrect downloads, or conflicting information. Reader feedback will also inform future improvements to the depth and format of thematic interpretation.
