诺锐商业发展学会青年商业研究人才分享会将于2026年5月24日举行。活动面向青年研究者、研究助理、商科学生以及处于早期职业阶段的商业分析从业者，围绕研究方法、研究伦理和成果表达开展交流。

- 如何从行业观察形成清晰、可研究的问题；
- 如何判断资料来源并整理案例和访谈材料；
- 如何撰写成果摘要、研究报告和展示材料；
- 如何在跨区域研究合作中保持清晰沟通。

本次活动强调基础方法和可持续的能力积累，不设置夸张的成果承诺。分享内容将结合实际研究过程，帮助参与者理解选题、资料、分析和表达之间的关系。
活动后，学会将对青年研究者提出的共性需求进行整理，为后续工作坊、导师交流和成果写作辅导提供参考。具体参与方式以学会活动栏目公布的信息为准。
The NBDS Youth Business Research Talent Forum will take place on 24 May 2026. It is designed for early-career researchers, research assistants, business students, and young business analysis professionals, with discussion centred on research methods, ethics, and the communication of findings.
Discussion themes
- Turning industry observations into clear and researchable questions;
- Evaluating sources and organising case and interview material;
- Writing summaries, research reports, and presentation materials;
- Maintaining clear communication in cross-regional research collaboration.

The session emphasises sound foundations and sustained capability development. It does not make exaggerated promises about outcomes. Contributions will draw on real research processes and help participants understand the links among topic selection, source evaluation, analysis, and communication.
