汇聚行业智慧，构建研究新高地
2023年10月25日，诺锐商业发展学会宣布正式组建专家智库。这支智库团队由来自全球多个国家和地区的资深专家学者组成，涵盖商业战略、国际贸易、数字经济、金融投资、可持续发展等多个专业领域，将为学会的研究工作和咨询服务提供强有力的智力支撑。
专家智库的组建是学会发展历程中的一个重要里程碑。自2017年成立以来，学会在商业研究领域积累了丰富的经验和成果，但也深感单一机构力量的局限性。通过建立开放、多元的专家网络，学会能够更好地整合全球顶尖的研究力量，提升研究成果的深度和广度。
智库运作机制
专家智库采用"核心成员+领域专家+特邀顾问"的三层架构：
- 核心成员：由15位长期参与学会工作的资深专家组成，负责研究方向规划和重大课题指导。
- 领域专家：按照不同研究领域组建专家小组，目前已设立供应链管理、数字化转型、ESG实践、跨境贸易、创新创业等五个专家小组。
- 特邀顾问：邀请具有丰富实践经验的企业高管和政策研究者担任顾问，确保研究成果的实践价值和政策相关性。
首批专家介绍
首批入选智库的专家来自中国香港、中国内地、新加坡、日本、韩国、英国、美国等多个国家和地区，拥有丰富的学术研究背景和行业实践经验。其中多位专家在国际知名商学院担任教职，或在大型跨国企业和国际组织担任高级顾问。
学会理事长表示，专家智库的组建只是起点，未来将持续扩大专家网络，特别是加强与东南亚、中东和非洲等新兴市场地区专家的合作。学会也将通过定期举办专家研讨会、联合研究项目等方式，充分激活智库的研究潜力，为全球企业提供更高质量的商业洞察和决策参考。

Gather industry wisdom and build new research heights
On October 25, 2023, Novaris Business Development Society announced the formal establishment of an expert think tank. This think tank team is composed of senior experts and scholars from many countries and regions around the world, covering business strategy, international trade, digital economy, financial investment, sustainable development and other professional fields. It will provide strong intellectual support for the society's research work and consulting services.
The establishment of the expert think tank is an important milestone in the development of the society. Since its establishment in 2017, the Society has accumulated rich experience and achievements in the field of business research, but it is also deeply aware of the limitations of the power of a single institution. By establishing an open and diverse expert network, the society can better integrate the world's top research forces and enhance the depth and breadth of research results.
Think tank operating mechanism
The expert think tank adopts a three-tier structure of "core members + field experts + special consultants":
- Core members:It is composed of 15 senior experts who have long participated in the work of the society and are responsible for research direction planning and guidance of major topics.
- Domain experts:Expert groups have been formed according to different research fields. Currently, five expert groups have been established, including supply chain management, digital transformation, ESG practice, cross-border trade, and innovation and entrepreneurship.
- Special consultant:Business executives and policy researchers with rich practical experience are invited to serve as consultants to ensure the practical value and policy relevance of the research results.
Introduction of the first batch of experts
The first batch of experts selected into the think tank come from Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore, Japan, South Korea, the United Kingdom, the United States and other countries and regions, and have rich academic research backgrounds and practical industry experience. Many of these experts hold teaching positions at internationally renowned business schools or serve as senior consultants in large multinational companies and international organizations.
The chairman of the society said that the establishment of the expert think tank is just the starting point. In the future, it will continue to expand the expert network, especially strengthening cooperation with experts in emerging markets such as Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Africa. The society will also fully activate the research potential of think tanks by holding regular expert seminars and joint research projects to provide higher-quality business insights and decision-making references for global enterprises.
