一个健康的创业生态需要完善的支撑体系。学会观察到，亚太各主要经济体都在加大对创业生态的投入和建设力度。政府层面，创新创业扶持政策不断优化，涵盖税收优惠、研发补贴、人才引进、知识产权保护等多个方面。高校和科研机构的技术转化机制持续完善，产学研合作日益深入。

After experiencing an investment boom in previous years, the global venture capital market has entered a significant adjustment period in the past two years. Financing scale has shrunk, valuations have returned to rationality, and investors have become more cautious. These changes have profoundly affected the entrepreneurial ecosystem in the Asia-Pacific region. However, the society believes that this adjustment is not a negative signal, but a necessary stage for the entrepreneurial ecosystem to mature.
Through continuous monitoring of the major entrepreneurial markets in the Asia-Pacific region, Novaris Business Development Society has summarized several key characteristics of the current entrepreneurial ecosystem:
- Capital is concentrated at the top:Investment institutions are more inclined to invest in projects with mature business models and sustainable profitability, and it is significantly more difficult for early-stage projects to obtain financing.
- Deepening of technological innovation:Different from the model innovation drive in previous years, the current projects favored by capital are more concentrated in hard technology fields, such as artificial intelligence, biotechnology, new materials, advanced manufacturing, etc.
- Going overseas has become an important growth strategy:More and more Asia-Pacific startups regard internationalization as their core growth strategy, especially technology companies in China and Southeast Asia that are actively expanding overseas markets.
- The rise of sustainable development track:Entrepreneurship tracks related to sustainable development such as climate technology, clean energy, and circular economy have attracted more and more attention and investment.
Construction of support system for entrepreneurial ecology
A healthy entrepreneurial ecosystem requires a complete support system. The Society has observed that all major economies in the Asia-Pacific are increasing investment and efforts in building entrepreneurial ecosystems. At the government level, innovation and entrepreneurship support policies are continuously optimized, covering tax incentives, R&D subsidies, talent introduction, intellectual property protection and other aspects. The technology transformation mechanisms of universities and scientific research institutions continue to improve, and industry-university-research cooperation is increasingly deepened.
The level of professionalism of business incubators and accelerators continues to increase, transforming from simple space providers to deep empowerment platforms. At the same time, entrepreneurial communities and communication platforms have become more active, providing entrepreneurs with rich learning and social resources. The society believes that adjustments to the capital environment will promote the survival of the fittest in the entrepreneurial ecosystem, and ultimately help improve the quality and efficiency of the entire ecosystem.
