标准资料查询与下载专区完成阶段性更新Standards Search and Download Section Receives a New Content Update
诺锐商业发展学会网站“标准制修订”栏目完成阶段性内容更新。此次更新围绕标准资料的检索、阅读和下载体验进行整理，读者可通过标准编号、标准名称和起草单位等信息查找已公开的标准文件。
查询与下载使用同一资料来源
标准查询和标准下载并不是两套相互独立的数据。查询页面用于快速浏览标准编号、名称、发布及实施日期、起草信息和适用范围；下载入口则在同一条标准记录中提供PDF正式文本。这样可以减少重复维护，并避免详情信息与下载文件不一致。
保留文件原始信息
专区所展示的标准资料以公开的正式文件为依据。页面录入时保留标准编号、标准名称、发布单位、发布日期、实施日期、起草人、起草单位和标准范围等信息。英文内容依据文件已有英文表述整理；文件未提供完整英文信息时，则以中文原文为事实基础进行审慎翻译。
需要特别说明：专区中引用的外部标准文件仍归其原发布单位所有。诺锐商业发展学会在此类记录中承担的是公开资料整理与展示工作，不因文件被收录而成为标准发布单位，也不会把外部标准表述为学会自主制定的成果。
阶段资料链接保持可追溯
对于后续由学会自行推进、且确有项目征集、标准立项、征求意见和标准发布文章的标准项目，资料状态节点可以分别关联对应栏目文章。对于仅收录公开正式文件、没有配套阶段文章的记录，状态节点将指向相应栏目，避免虚构不存在的项目过程。
后续维护将继续检查文件可下载性、中英文信息一致性和移动端阅读效果，并根据新增公开资料逐项更新。
The Standards Development section of the Novaris Business Development Society website has received a new content update. The work focused on search, reading, and download usability. Readers can locate public standards by standard code, title, drafting organisation, and related information.
Search and download use the same source record
Standard Search and Standard Downloads are not separate datasets. The search page provides a structured view of the standard code, title, publication and implementation dates, drafting information, and scope. The PDF download is attached to the same standard record. This reduces duplicate maintenance and helps prevent conflicts between document details and the downloadable file.
Preserving original document information
Records in the section are based on publicly available official documents. The website retains the standard code, title, issuing organisation, publication date, implementation date, drafters, drafting organisations, and scope. Existing official English wording is retained where available. Where a document does not provide complete English information, the translation is prepared cautiously from the Chinese source.
Important clarification: external standards remain the work of their original issuing organisations. For these records, NBDS is organising and presenting public information. Inclusion on the website does not make NBDS the issuing organisation, and external standards are not described as standards developed by the Society.
Traceable links for development stages
For future standards developed by NBDS with genuine articles for project collection, approval, public comments, and release, each stage may link to the corresponding article. Where a record only indexes a published external document and has no related stage articles, the stage links will point to the relevant section rather than inventing a project history.
Ongoing maintenance will continue to check download availability, bilingual consistency, and mobile readability, with each new public document reviewed individually before publication.
