2026年5月24日，诺锐商业发展学会举办青年商业研究人才分享会，围绕商业研究中的议题选择、资料判断、案例整理和成果表达进行交流。活动面向青年研究者、研究助理、商科学生和早期职业阶段的商业分析从业者。
从观察出发，形成可研究的问题
分享会首先讨论了研究问题的形成过程。行业热点本身并不等同于研究问题，研究者需要进一步明确观察对象、时间范围、影响机制和可获得的资料。只有把宽泛话题转化为边界清晰的问题，后续分析才具备可执行性。
资料质量决定分析基础
在资料判断环节，交流强调来源、发布时间、统计口径和适用范围的重要性。面对来自报告、新闻、企业案例和访谈的不同材料，研究者应区分事实、观点与推断，并保留必要的来源记录。对于存在差异的数据，应说明口径，而不是简单选择更符合预期的数字。
成果表达服务于理解与复核
活动还讨论了摘要、报告和展示材料的写作。清晰的成果表达需要呈现问题、依据、分析过程和结论边界。对于尚未获得充分证据的判断，应使用审慎措辞，避免把趋势观察写成确定结论，也不应使用夸张头衔或无法核实的数据增强表面影响力。
分享会结束后，学会将继续整理青年研究者在资料检索、研究设计和成果写作方面的共性需求，并据此完善后续工作坊和交流内容。相关工作将坚持开放交流、规范表达和可复核的基本原则。
On 24 May 2026, Novaris Business Development Society held the Youth Business Research Talent Forum. The exchange addressed topic selection, source evaluation, case organisation, and research communication. It was designed for early-career researchers, research assistants, business students, and young business analysis professionals.
Turning observations into researchable questions
The forum first examined how research questions are formed. An industry trend is not automatically a research question. Researchers need to define the object of observation, time period, possible mechanisms, and available evidence. Clear boundaries make later analysis more practical and easier to assess.
Source quality shapes the analytical foundation
Discussion on source evaluation stressed the importance of origin, publication date, statistical definitions, and scope. When working with reports, news, company cases, and interviews, researchers should distinguish facts, opinions, and inferences and retain adequate source records. Where data differ, the definitions should be explained rather than selecting the figure that best supports an expected conclusion.
Research communication should support understanding and review
The session also covered summaries, reports, and presentation materials. Clear communication presents the question, evidence, analytical process, and limits of the conclusion. Where evidence remains incomplete, cautious language is more appropriate than certainty. Unsupported figures or exaggerated credentials should not be used to create an impression of influence.
NBDS will continue to organise recurring needs in source discovery, research design, and writing to improve future workshops and exchanges. Follow-up work will retain the basic principles of open dialogue, professional communication, and reviewable evidence.
