为提升通信安全性与系统稳定性，学会官方邮箱系统将于2024年1月6日（周六）进行升级维护。
一、维护时间
2024年1月6日（周六）02:00-06:00（GMT+8），预计维护时长约4小时。
二、影响范围
维护期间，以下邮箱地址的收发功能可能短暂中断：

- contact@nbds.org.cn（会员服务）
- contact@nbds.org.cn（顾问事务）
- contact@nbds.org.cn（研究部门）
- contact@nbds.org.cn（奖项事务）
三、升级内容
- 邮箱服务器安全协议升级至最新版本
- 反垃圾邮件过滤规则优化
- 邮件存储容量扩容
维护完成后所有功能将自动恢复正常，无需用户端进行任何操作。如在维护期间有紧急联络需求，请稍后重试。

In order to improve communication security and system stability, the official email system of the Society will be upgraded and maintained on January 6, 2024 (Saturday).
1. Maintenance time
On January 6, 2024 (Saturday) 02:00-06:00 (GMT+8), the maintenance is expected to last about 4 hours.
2. Scope of influence
During maintenance, the sending and receiving functions of the following email addresses may be temporarily interrupted:
- contact@nbds.org.cn (comprehensive service)
- contact@nbds.org.cn (Member Service)
- contact@nbds.org.cn (Consultancy Affairs)
- contact@nbds.org.cn (Research Department)
- contact@nbds.org.cn (Award matters)
3. Upgrade content
- Email server security protocol upgraded to the latest version
- Anti-spam filtering rules optimization
- Mail storage capacity expansion
After the maintenance is completed, all functions will automatically return to normal without any operation on the user side. If you need emergency contact during maintenance, please try again later.
