为持续提升会员服务质量与体验,学会将于近期面向全体正式会员开展2024年度满意度调查。
一、调查内容
调查问卷已通过注册邮箱发送至每位正式会员,内容涵盖以下方面:
- 研究成果获取体验(资料质量、获取便捷度、更新频率等)
- 学术活动组织质量(论坛、研讨会、沙龙等活动的内容与组织水平)
- 会员服务响应效率(申请处理、咨询回复、材料出具等服务的时效性)
- 整体满意度与改进建议(对学会整体工作的评价与期望)
二、参与方式
请点击邮件中的问卷链接填写,预计耗时约5分钟。所有反馈将严格保密,仅用于服务改进的统计分析。
三、截止时间
请于2024年12月15日前完成填写。

In order to continue to improve the quality and experience of member services, the society will launch the 2024 annual satisfaction survey for all full members in the near future.
1. Investigation content
The questionnaire has been sent to each official member through the registered email address, and the content covers the following aspects:
- Research results acquisition experience (data quality, ease of acquisition, update frequency, etc.)
- Quality of academic activity organization (the content and organizational level of forums, seminars, salons and other activities)
- Member service response efficiency (timeliness of application processing, consultation response, material issuance, etc.)
- Overall satisfaction and suggestions for improvement (evaluation and expectations for the overall work of the society)
2. Participation methods
Please click on the questionnaire link in the email to fill it out. It is expected to take about 5 minutes. All feedback will be kept strictly confidential and will only be used for statistical analysis for service improvement.
3. Deadline
Please complete the form before December 15, 2024.
