2025年度诺锐商业洞察指数已完成全部数据采集、清洗与计算工作，最新指数报告即将正式发布。
一、本年度指数概况
诺锐商业洞察指数覆盖营商便利度、创新活跃度、政策稳定性、人才可得性四大维度。2025年度采样范围较去年进一步扩大，新增了中东及南美地区的部分经济体数据。
二、发布安排
- 指数报告预计于2025年12月中旬通过学会官方渠道正式发布
- 高级会员及荣誉会员将优先获取完整版报告（含详细分析与数据附录）
- 精简版指数摘要将在研究成果页面公开展示
三、方法论说明
2025年度指数在方法论上进行了两项优化：一是引入了动态权重调整机制，使各维度权重能够更好地反映当期宏观经济环境变化；二是扩大了定性调研的样本规模，提升了指数的跨区域可比性。

The 2025 Novaris Business Insight Index has completed all data collection, cleaning and calculation work, and the latest index report will be officially released soon.
1. Overview of this year’s index
Novaris Business Insight Index covers four major dimensions: ease of doing business, innovation activity, policy stability, and talent availability. The sampling scope in 2025 has been further expanded compared to last year, and data on some economies in the Middle East and South America have been added.
2. Release Arrangements
- The index report is expected to be officially released through the official channels of the society in mid-December 2025
- Senior members and honorary members will have priority to obtain the full version of the report (including detailed analysis and data appendices)
- A simplified version of the index summary will be publicly displayed on the research results page
3. Methodology Description
The 2025 index has made two optimizations in methodology: First, it has introduced a dynamic weight adjustment mechanism so that the weights of each dimension can better reflect changes in the current macroeconomic environment; second, it has expanded the sample size of the qualitative survey and improved the cross-regional comparability of the index.
