According to the relevant provisions of the Society's "Expert Network Management Measures", the evaluation of consultant participation and contribution in 2025 will be officially launched this month.

1. Scope of assessment

This evaluation is open to all registered consultants of the society (research consultants, senior research consultants, special consultants), and the evaluation period is from January 2025 to October 2025.

2. Evaluation Dimensions

• Research participation status: participation records in project review, results review, method guidance, etc.
• Academic event attendance: attendance at annual forums, regional seminars, member salons, etc.
• Award review contribution: Participation in the review process of Novaris Global Excellence Award
• Strategic Suggestion Contribution: Suggestions and opinions on the research direction and development strategy of the society
• System compliance: Compliance with regulations such as the Articles of Association and the interest avoidance system

3. Evaluation process

The secretariat will send an evaluation notice and self-evaluation form to each consultant in the middle of this month. Please complete and return it within 15 working days after receipt. The Academic Committee will conduct a comprehensive evaluation based on the self-evaluation and the data recorded by the Secretariat.

4. Application of results

The evaluation results will serve as an important basis for renewal, level adjustment and annual commendation. Consultants with outstanding performance will be recommended for promotion or awarded "Outstanding Consultant of the Year".
