根据国家法定节假日安排，学会秘书处将于2025年9月29日（周一）至10月5日（周日）期间休假，10月6日（周一）起恢复正常办公。
假期业务安排如下：
- 会员申请受理、顾问认定审核、课题评审等常规业务将暂停处理，6日起按序恢复
- 数字化服务平台的在线查验功能正常运行，不受影响
- 如有紧急事务，请发送邮件至 contact@nbds.org.cn，秘书处将在假期结束后第一时间回复
假期前已提交的申请材料将在复工后按收件顺序依次处理，预计5个工作日内完成积压处理。

According to the national statutory holiday arrangement, the Secretariat of the Society will be on vacation from September 29 (Monday) to October 5 (Sunday), 2025, and will resume normal operations from October 6 (Monday).
Holiday business arrangements are as follows:
- Regular business such as membership application acceptance, consultant certification review, and project review will be suspended and will be resumed in order from the 6th
- The online inspection function of the digital service platform operates normally and is not affected.
- If there is any urgent matter, please send an email to contact@nbds.org.cn and the secretariat will reply as soon as possible after the holiday.
Application materials submitted before the holiday will be processed in order of receipt after work resumes, and the backlog is expected to be completed within 5 working days.
